Can I buy a ready-made kit and add additional products to it?

Yes you can. Add the age appropriate ZuperKit (boy or girl) to the shopping cart and then go to ‘Kit Extra’s’ to purchase any additional items you would like to add to your order. You will find in ‘Kit Extra’s’ products for different age groups, from 3 years up to 10 years of age.

How do I know if my order placed online has been received?

As soon as you place your order online you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched with tracking details. If you require further assistance please contact us at info@zuperkit.com

How will my parcels be delivered?

We use Australia Post as standard for all deliveries. Orders placed prior to 10am will be dispatched the same business day (please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next business day.

You can track your order by logging into your Customer Login. Once we have processed your order and sent the package with Australia Post you will receive a tracking order number.

How much does delivery cost?

We know that you would like your travel kit as quickly as possible so we offer two delivery options:

  1. Standard shipping rate of $10.95 Australia wide. You will receive your package in 2-5 days depending on your location. Standard post includes tracking of your package
  2. Express shipping rate of $15.95 Australia wide. You will receive your package in 1-2 working days.

We are happy to announce that we offer free shipping for all orders over $150. Free Postage will not be available in conjunction with any other promotions/offers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do deliver to countries outside of Australia. International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Use the 'Shipping Rates Calculator' to find out how much it costs to ship to specific countries. Costs are based on the weight of the package and the country it is going to. If you have any questions regarding International shipping send an email to info@zuperkit.com.au. We are here to help in any way we can.

Can I modify or cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped?

Unfortunately once you have placed an order we are unable to modify it. When you receive your order you can exchange or return items. For more information please go to our Returns & Exchanges.

Can I return my order?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yes you can if items have not been used and are in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We completely understand that shopping online is different to shopping in a store. If you are unhappy with any of the items received, we will exchange or refund the purchase price of the item (if approved).  Postage costs are not refundable so you will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. We recommend you receive a tracking number for the return package to ensure we receive it.

How do I send a ZuperKit as a gift?

This is easy to do. At checkout please make sure the desired shipping address and contact name is entered correctly. Enter your details in the billing address and the contact details of the person you would like to send the git to in the shipping address.
